How to Schedule

The easiest way is right here on our website. Head to the menu, tap Dog Care, then choose Schedule Boarding or Schedule Daycare — it only takes a minute.

What to Bring

The only thing you have to bring is your dog's food — a Ziploc bag or container works great. We have a refrigerator on site for anything that needs to stay cold.

You're also welcome to bring toys, treats, medications, a bed, blanket, or towels. Whatever makes your pup feel at home!

Drop Off & Pick Up Times

7:15–11:45 am or 1:45–6:00 pm daily, including weekends.

Need to pick up after hours? Email marshall@edenthistle.com or text 423-503-6218 for the door code. We're much less available on weekends so please reach out during the week if you can!

When You Arrive

Come on into the white building with four wood columns. In the front room you'll find a walkie-talkie — use that to call our staff up front if they don't spot you right away. They may be out in the pasture with the pups!

Finding Us

We're at 280 Phillips Road, Lookout Mtn, GA 30750. Phillips Road dead-ends into our gravel drive — follow it and we're the first building on the left.

Can I Come Visit?

Absolutely! We just ask that you schedule a visit in advance so we can make sure someone is available to show you around. Call, text, or email us to set something up — 423-503-6218 or marshall@edenthistle.com.

Our Rates

How Payment Works

We bill several times a week — you'll receive a Venmo request or invoice within a few days of picking your dog up. No need to worry if you don't hear from us right away!

We accept:

After-Hours Door Code

If you've texted us and arranged an after-hours pickup, the door code to the front door is 6218. To lock the door behind you, press the word Schlage on the deadbolt's digital pad.

Weekend Communication

While we're always here with the pups over the weekend, we don't monitor calls, texts, or emails on Saturdays and Sundays unless it's an emergency. If you have questions or need to make arrangements, weekday contact gets the fastest response!
