How to Schedule Daycare or Boarding
The best way to schedule either daycare or boarding is to either leave a text at (423) 503 6218 with your name, dog's name and the day you need to drop off and the day you need to pick up OR you can click here to fill out a boarding request! As soon as we're back in the office, we'll get to work getting you set up!
What Do I need to bring?
The only thing that you have to bring is dog food. You can bring it in ziploc bags or a container of some sort and we'll take it from there. We do have a refigerator for those who have feed that requires refigeration.
You're welcome to bring toys, treats, medicines, bed, blanket or towels!
When Can I Pick Up and Drop off?
You can pick up or drop off between 7:15 am - 11:45 am OR 1:45-5:30 pm! And you're welcome to pick up and drop off on Saturdays and Sundays! If you need to pick up after hours send an email to marshall@edenthistle.com or text 423-503-6218.
All about payment
We love getting paid! So we'll try to create as many ways for you to send us money as possible.
Most of our payments are done through Venmo. If you have venmo and would like to pay through it, just hang tight after picking up and we'll shoot you a venmo request later the next week. If you prefer Apple Pay, cash or check, read below:
First, to figure out how much you owe, here's the quick formula:
1. Add up how many nights your pup stayed with us. It's $40 per night per dog. If you have multiple dogs, it's $40 for the first and $25 for each additional dog IF they're sharing runs with your other pups. If the second dog needs its own run, its $35/night for the second dog.
2. Did you pick your dog(s) up before 5pm? Yes, then your pick up day is free. No? If you picked up after 5pm then the pick up day counts as a night.
3. Did your dog get a farm bath while here? Yes, add $20. Did you want to purchase some of our jerky for dogs? $12/bag

Can I Come Visit?
You bet your bottom dollar you can. However, we do require that we schedule all visits before you come so call or text us at 423 503 6218 or shoot us an email at marshall@edenthistle.com and we'll be in touch!
Door Codes
If you've texted us and you're picking up after hours, the door code to the front door is 6218. To lock the door behind you press the word Schlage on the deadbolt digital pad.
Weekend Communication
Just a heads up, while we are of course with pups over the weekends, we don't answer calls, texts and emails over the weekend unless its an emergency. We suggest, should you have any questions, contacting us during the week!
