We've got your request and we're so excited to have your pup(s) with us! Here's everything you need to know before your stay.
All dogs staying with us must be current on the following vaccines:
- Bordetella
- DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza)
- Parvo
- Rabies
- Canine Influenza (H3N2 or Bivalent)
Email records to bookings@edenthistle.com — you can forward them directly from your vet or send them yourself. We must have these on file before your pup's first stay!
We'll also need a signed release waiver on file for each dog. You can download it here and bring a hard copy, or email the signed copy to bookings@edenthistle.com.
Just dog food — that's it! You can bring it in a Ziploc bag or container and we'll take it from there. We have a refrigerator if your pup's food or medicine requires it.
You're also welcome to bring toys, treats, medications, a bed, blanket, or towels!
7:15–11:45am or 1:45–5:30pm daily, including weekends.
Need after-hours pickup? Email marshall@edenthistle.com or text 423-503-6218 for the door code. We're much less available on weekends so please reach out during the week if you need it!
We bill once a week — don't panic if you don't hear from us right away! We'll send a Venmo request after pickup.
We also accept Apple Pay to 423-503-6218, check (made out to EdenThistle), or cash.
