Drop Off & Pick Up

If this is your first time coming to board or do daycare, we'll need to schedule a drop off time in advance. To schedule a drop off time, call or text us at 423-503-6218.

For returning customers we typically prefer drop off and pick up between 7:45-11:45 am OR 2:45-5 pm.

Need to drop off or pick up sometime else? We can make it happen! Just shoot us a text in advance at 423-503-6218 and tell us what works best for you and we can almost always work around your schedule!

Door Codes

Should you need to drop off or pick up after hours, no worries, we can usually make that work. The front door code is 6218 to unlock. To lock the door behind you, press the word "Schlage" at the top of the lock. IF you need to pick up or drop off after hours, please let us know ahead of time by texting us at 423-503-6218!

Payment

When you pick up don't worry about settling up with us, just enjoy reuniting with your dog! We'll follow up in a few days and send you your total. You'll be able to pay through Venmo, Apple Pay, checks or cash. We charge $40/night for one dog and $25/night for additional dogs that share runs. For additional dogs that need their own run its $35/night for them. Pick up day is free when you pick up before 5pm!
