All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING

EdenThistle Dog Co. sends text messages through two programs:

EdenThistle Dog Co. Text Updates (customers). Customers who check the optional "Text Updates" box on our booking form may receive occasional automated text messages about their dog's stay, which may include links to short videos of their dog. Staff alerts (staff only). We send operational and safety alerts to our own authorized staff and management. For example, if our transport vehicle's end-of-route inspection is not logged by its deadline, management receives a text so the vehicle can be checked. Staff provide express consent before their number is added.

Neither program is used for marketing. We collect only the mobile number provided and a log of messages sent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how our Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
