These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of edenthistledog.com, the services offered by EdenThistle Dog Co. ("EdenThistle," "we," "us," or "our"), and our SMS messaging program. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. USE OF THIS SITE

Content on this website is provided as-is and for general information. We may update the website or these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

2. ORDERS AND BOOKINGS

Placing an order or booking request through this website does not guarantee availability. We will confirm your reservation directly. Prices and availability are subject to change, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel service.

3. SERVICES FOR YOUR DOG

Boarding, daycare, and transport services are governed by the service agreement, intake forms, and facility policies provided to you at the time of booking. Those documents — not this page — set out vaccination requirements, cancellation terms, health and behavior requirements, and liability. Please read them before your dog's stay.

4. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

Program description. EdenThistle Dog Co. operates an internal SMS alert program that notifies authorized staff and management of operational and animal-safety events, including notification that a required end-of-route inspection of our transport vehicle has not been logged by its deadline.

Who receives messages. Only authorized EdenThistle personnel whose mobile numbers have been manually entered by an administrator with their express consent. This is not a marketing program, and we do not enroll customers or members of the public in it.

Consent. By providing your mobile number for this program, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from EdenThistle at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is event-driven. Under normal operating conditions, most days generate no messages at all.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. EdenThistle is not liable for such charges.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply START to resume, or ask an administrator to re-enroll you.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact marshall@edenthistle.com.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. Recipients should not rely on SMS delivery as the sole means of ensuring any safety procedure is completed.

Privacy. Mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.edenthistledog.com/policies/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdenThistle Dog Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
